Description

Grower

Up to £33,000 + overtime DOE

Lincolnshire

Stuck? Frustrated? Know you're ready for a new challenge?

There's no beating around the bush, being a grower can be a repetitive task. You can be working in a large scale with the same crop variety and there is not always that much impact you can make.

But not this one. This role would see you working with a unique grower looking after up to 1,000 different varieties of crops, all with different needs. No two days will be the same!

They are looking to continually expand, so if progression is what you're looking for, this is the place to do it.

What will I be doing?

As a grower, there shouldn't be any surprises in the day-to-day responsibilities. Pest management, irrigation, weeding, communicating with the team to ensure the right things are being done at the right time.

You'll be continually learning as there's so many different varieties of crops, including bedding, trees, shrubs and perennials.

Where will I be doing it?

Their main site (and where you'll be based) is 16.5 acres which includes indoor and outdoor growing and a busy packhouse. They also operate a smaller 3 acre site, which you'll be there to support.

They have recently taken on some new contracts, which means they need another grower!
