Description

Revit Technician to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30 pm.

Duties:

Meet with professionals and clients at an early stage to agree the project brief.
Understand the design aspects of a construction project influence and relate to performance and functional issues, so that practical questions can be addressed at the outset.
Lead the detailed design process and coordinate design information
Liaise with appropriate authorities (e.g. planning enquiries and building inspectors) when producing documentation for statutory approval
Assist in the appraisal of the performance of designs which are in use and produce maintenance management information

Experience required:

Proficient in Revit package
Leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
Good communication skills, as interaction with other professionals, authorities and clients
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
A logical and practical approach as well as an ability to solve problem;
Time management and ability to prioritise workloads
