My client is an international company based out of St Neots, Cambridgeshire that is seeking an established Customer Service Exec to join their team.

In tandem with the external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained. You will be responsible for processing a large volume of orders, dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.You will work independently at times but also within a team to achieve personal KPI targets.

This is a fast paced role suitable for someone motivated to deliver results. You must be a good communicator and someone who is able to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities: 

Previous experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales role

Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and email

The ability to work in a team as well as individually

Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good attention to detail

The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Sound decision making

Willing to travel to our offices around the country for whole team meet ups and events

Skills/Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers.

A friendly and empathetic approach to resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

Ability to think critically and provide practical solutions to customer issues.

Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM software, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a contact centre, retail, or service-based industry.

Willingness to learn about the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.

Flexibility to handle a variety of customer needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Capability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Hours/Pay:

09:00 until 17:00 – Monday to Friday

£26,500 per annum
