NXTGEN Recruitment is delighted to be working with a globally recognised business based in Great Yarmouth, who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering month-end management accounts while working collaboratively across multiple areas of the business. With collaboration at the heart of the role, you'll have the opportunity to business partner with stakeholders, providing valuable insights into performance, explaining variances, and supporting the business's financial growth strategy.

This exciting opportunity also includes supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles while identifying and driving process improvements, as the organisation is committed to continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include:

Preparing month-end management accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Assisting with balance sheet preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations
Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, as well as periodic re-forecasts
Assisting with monthly P&L reviews in collaboration with the Finance ManagerThe successful candidate will ideally possess:

ACCA/ACA/CIMA part or full qualification (or be qualified by experience)
Proven experience in month-end management accounting
Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersThis role offers flexibility and support.
