Description

Our client, an iconic luxury British sports car manufacturer is currently hiring a System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain. The successful candidate will lead the systems development and feature delivery of distributed functions within the ICE Powertrain domain.
 
The System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain will:

Drive issue resolution and, where required, mitigation plans.
Support SOTIF (ISO21448) and Cyber Security (UNECE R155) aspects of the feature delivery.
Identify diagnostic requirements for the systems.
Analyse and organise stakeholder requirements.
Allocate system requirements to elements of the system and defining interfaces.  
The System Architect/Feature Owner Powertrain will have:

Technical engineering background and a knowledge of using calculation and analysis to drive design.
Appropriate / related engineering degree.
Experience of Autosar SW architecture.
Advanced knowledge of DBC and FIBEX Automotive standards for serial data/communication level.
Experience of managing technical delivery through Tier 1 suppliers.
Experience of more than one of the following commodities is preferred: infotainment, connected services, switchgear, lighting, body electronics, power management, EDS, ADAS, powertrain (electrified), chassis.
