Quality Engineer
Tyne and Wear

Up to £38,000 per annum
Permanent, Full-Time

Based on site Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong technical background to join an established team world-class manufacturing company. You will be key in the delivery of quality excellence in a collaborative environment in a role which is busy and you will be a valued team member.

Key Responsibilities

* Primary customer contact

* Root cause analysis

* Implement corrective actions for non-conformance

* Quality data analysis

* Process improvement.

* Documentation maintenance

* Internal audits

* External audits

* Supplier collaboration

Requirements

* Degree qualified/time served or similar

* Able to access site Monday to Friday

* Experience as a Quality Engineer

Experience

* Root cause and statistical methodologies

* Able to read and understand technical drawings

* Manufacturing or engineering exposure in a quality role

* Customer and supplier contact
