Children's Social Worker - Locality Team
Location: South Wales
Pay Rate: Up to £43 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Start Date: As soon as possible

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join a South Wales local authority in their locality team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role within a team that values manageable caseloads and impactful work.

As a Children's Social Worker in this South Wales local authority, you will manage a diverse and rewarding caseload while being supported by a highly experienced team. You'll work to build relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development are at the forefront of your practice.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker with a current registration (Social Care Wales).
Proven experience working with CIN, LAC, and CP cases.
A proactive and empathetic approach to social work.
The ability to start quickly and hit the ground running.
