Are you a skilled MET (Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim) Technician looking for a new opportunity? About the Role:

As an MET Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition. Working on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Mechanical & Electrical Repairs: Conduct repairs and replacements of mechanical, electrical, and trim components, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment.

* Vehicle Dismantling: Prepare vehicles for panel repairs by dismantling them safely and efficiently.

* Diagnostics & Inspections: Perform fault-finding and diagnostics to identify necessary repairs.

* Parts Management: Handle replacement part orders and manage inventories effectively.

* Reassembly & Quality Control: Reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

* Team Communication: Collaborate with the team to keep everyone updated on repair progress.

About You:

You’re an experienced MET Technician with a strong background in accident repair, and you're passionate about maintaining high standards in your work. You're comfortable handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience: Proven expertise as an MET Technician, including working with electric and hybrid vehicles.

* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ADAS, wheel alignment, mechanical repairs, and the use of diagnostic tools.

* Efficiency: Ability to manage workloads effectively and complete tasks on time.

* Attention to Detail: Commitment to high-quality repairs, following manufacturer guidelines.
