Project Development Manager – Renewable Energy

We are seeking a Project Development Manager to join an innovative renewable energy developer headquartered in Paris. In this role, you’ll lead solar PV projects from inception to the Ready-to-Build (RTB) stage, collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities:

Originate and secure land for utility-scale solar PV projects.
Manage all aspects of project development to meet technical and financing standards.
Cultivate relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project approval processes.
Oversee consultants and contractors to deliver RTB-stage projects.
Prepare investment memos and reports for leadership decision-making.
The ideal candidate will:

Be fluent in French and English, with excellent negotiation skills.
Have 3–5 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy project development.
Possess a degree in engineering, economics, or a related field (MSc preferred).
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
