Construction Project Manager – Renewable Energy

Location: France

Are you a skilled construction project manager with experience in utility-scale solar projects?

Join a leading renewable energy developer in Paris as a Construction Project Manager. You’ll oversee the planning and execution of large-scale solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Develop project strategies and schedules in line with budgets and technical standards.
Lead supplier and subcontractor selection with procurement teams.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline goals during construction.
Collaborate with grid operators to ensure connection readiness.
Monitor budgets, address variances, and communicate with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will:

Have 5+ years of experience in solar construction project management.
Be familiar with EPC processes and grid connection requirements.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Be fluent in French and English and comfortable with travel.
