Description

This role will provide a support function to the Office Manager and the day to day running of the office and other ad-hoc functions. 

Main duties

Answering the main phone line into the office and dealing with the calls in a timely manner.
Meeting visitors and taking in deliveries.
Maintaining soft facilities such as cleaning contracts, first aiders, fire wardens, ensuring relevant paperwork and certificates.
Book all shipping requests UK/Overseas. 
Assist with Marketing material mail outs in absence of team members.
Carrying out completion of product sample requests and liaising with the Sales and Operations team to process the requests and notify the appropriate representative and update spreadsheets accordingly. 
File and log all legal agreements.
Order office stationery and make sure best value for money is always obtained. 
Work effectively with all team members to ensure goals are consistently met and assist in day-to-day support where required.

Skills

Good administration experience.
Excellent telephone manner and happy dealing with people.
Can do and proactive approach to work.
A good working knowledge of MS office including Excel.
Due to the location, a driver with own car would be ideal, unless live in Petersfield.

Hours

Working hours will be 9-5 Monday to Friday but can offer flexibility when required
