We are recruiting for a number of Retail Assistants to work next week on Cheshire Oaks across multiple brands! We are looking for candidates who have availability from December 24th and especially Thursday 24th December.

Job Title: Retail Assistant

Location: Cheshire Oaks

Remuneration: £12 p/hour

Contract Details: Temporary, starting from December 24, 2024

Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring our customers leave satisfied and excited to return.
Utilise CRM strategies to build a loyal client base, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Maintain stockroom standards and ensure the appropriate product assortment on the sales floor.
Receive and process deliveries promptly upon arrival.
Handle customer complaints and challenging situations diplomatically and professionally.Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

Thrive in a dynamic environment, working autonomously while maintaining high standards.
Strong prioritisation skills, meeting deadlines and maintaining specified standards.
Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with individuals at various levels.
