Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: M23

Position: Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant

Start Date: January 2025

Salary: £80 to £90 per day

Contract: Long-term, ongoing

Reeson Education is delighted to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the M23 area to recruit a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in Year 1 with special needs. Key Responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant:

Work alongside the class teacher to provide tailored support to pupils with complex needs in Year 1.
Assist with the development and implementation of individual learning plans for students.
Provide support for pupils in a variety of classroom activities, promoting their engagement and independence.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe to express themselves.
Collaborate with other staff and TAs to ensure the needs of each pupil are met.
Help track and monitor the progress of students and provide feedback to the class teacher.
