Customer Service Advisor

A recognised market leader in their sector, now has a need for an additional Customer Service Advisor, to join their small and professional customer service team.

Duties

· To review and process Customer orders

· To respond positively to all requests from Customers

· To prioritise and process all work within a reasonable time frame

· To liaise with the Company's Customers by telephone and in writing

· To review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing is correct

· To respond to enquiries about the delivery of products

· Offer additional or alternative products to the customer as and when applicable

· Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers needs are always met or exceeded.

· Manage data entry via the CRM System

Skills & Experience

· Previous Customer Service experience

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Accuracy in work and attention to detail is essential

· Computer literate - including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

· Calm, organised and able to work in a Team

· Willingness to "go the extra mile" for every customer

· Any previous knowledge of building or DIY products would be an advantage, but full training will be given to ensure a detailed knowledge, of the company products

Hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
