As an Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and growth, overseeing the project lifecycle, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded and strategic goals are met.

Responsibilities for this Account Director include -

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact

* Own specific client revenue targets and proactively drive client revenue, providing financial intelligence such as forecasting, growth plans and pipelines

* Work proactively with all levels of seniority within the clients' teams to help develop their businesses and seek new business opportunities within your client portfolio

* Provide a high-quality end-to-end client experience, from taking briefs and overseeing projects and ensuring work aligns to the brief

* Develop and execute project strategies aligned with client objectives, providing actionable insights and ensuring project performance and KPIs are met

* Supported by a Project Manager, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

* Write compelling proposals, including budgets that ensure profitability

About you -

* Previous experience in a similar role within a marketing, creative or digital agency

* Experience with internal comms/employee engagement – a bonus

* A strategic and creative thinker, used to working on large and complex projects

* Track record of relationship management, growing and nurturing clients

* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

Salary is circa £48-50K and the agency is based near Woking, Surrey.
