Hales Group are thrilled to be working on behalf of our client who are a well-established business in Lowestoft renowned for their inclusive and supportive working environment. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Duties will include:
• Serve as the primary contact for all queries which could be through phone, email or webchat.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Strive to resolve issues on first contact whenever possible or passing to necessary department if you’re unable to.
• Consistently exceed customer expectations which will lead to repeat business.
• Adhere to company processes, procedures, quality standards and legislative requirement ( thorough training provided)

Skills and experience
• Ability to build a rapport with customers
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Good IT Skills
• Customer service focused
• Previous call centre would be advantageous

Customer Service Advisor
35 hours per week – every other weekend required
Permanent
£12.21 per hour
