The Company:
A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a large commercial/ retail building in Manchester city centre.

You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing, and building fabric.
You will be part of a 2 man team working on opposites of the shift pattern below .
This is a 2 week shift pattern on a 40 hour week
Week 1 : 6.30am - 15.30pm
Week 2 : 13.30pm - 22.30pm

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are qualified Electrician with 18th edition or a minimum of electrical competencies.

The Salary:
Salary is £38,000 + OT + 25 days holiday + stats and 3%/5% pension.
