TeamJobs is excited to partner with a prestigious law firm in their search for an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is a full-time, office-based role located at either their New Milton or Highcliffe office.

The Role

You will take over an existing caseload, handling a varied mix of:

Wills
Probate
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
TrustsAbout You

We are looking for a candidate who ideally has:

8+ years PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in Private Client work, although we are open to considering candidates with less experience who can demonstrate strong skills and commitment to the role.Salary & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Holiday: 25 days per year, plus Bank Holidays and an extra day off on your birthday.
Additional holiday allowance for long service: one extra day for every 5 years with the firm, starting after 10 years of service.
The firm closes over the Christmas period, without requiring employees to reserve holiday for this.
Parking: Car parking costs covered as there is no onsite parking available.
Bonus Scheme: A profit-related bonus scheme is in place after 3 months of employment.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy and rewarding caseload within a supportive and professional work environment.
