Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around St Albans areas

Responsibilities:

Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experienceRequirements:

Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
Strong Health and Safety knowledge
