We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to join one of Saudi Arabia's leading and most innovative automotive dealership groups. If you are currently working as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership and are based in Makkah or Ar Riyad, this could be the perfect opportunity for your next challenge.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Drive service sales and profitability, meeting and exceeding dealership targets.
Develop and implement processes to improve workflow, productivity, and quality.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and manage performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, workshop efficiency, and revenue targets.Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership.
Strong understanding of workshop operations, customer service, and dealership processes.
Currently residing in Makkah or Riyadh, with a willingness to embrace a fresh challenge.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
A track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a high-performance environment.
