CSA Site Manager - Data Centre - Nordics

Our client is a €1.5bn turnover, multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre division, our client is now seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to join their Nordic team.

As Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for a specific site, typically a large-scale project. You will be responsible for managing the overall day to day supervision of the construction site. You will monitor the preparation of the site prior to project launch and oversee the safe and efficient operation of the site throughout the construction phases.

Responsibilities will include:

• Site Management and Coordination:

Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that civil, structural, and architectural works are progressing according to schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Team Leadership and Supervision:

Manage and supervise the site workforce, including subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that all personnel are working efficiently and adhering to safety protocols.

• Quality Control and Assurance:

Ensure that all CSA works meet the required quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections, reviewing materials, and resolving any quality-related issues on-site.

• Project Scheduling and Reporting:

Monitor and manage the project schedule for CSA activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and construction milestones. Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

• Health and Safety Management:

Lead safety initiatives on-site, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address any potential hazards or safety violations promptly.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with other departments, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, architects, and engineers, ensuring that CSA works are integrated smoothly with other aspects of the data centre build.

Requirements

* Completed a third level qualification.

* 5+ years of experience in construction management

* Data Centre Experience Advantageous

Benefits

Circa €85,000 per annum + full rotational package
