About the Role
I’m proud to be recruiting for an established business on the Norfolk / Suffolk border who are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. The role involves manufacturing new tooling and ancillary components, maintaining existing tools, and providing essential engineering support to production units.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture new tooling using a range of machinery, tools, and equipment.
Maintain and repair existing tooling to ensure optimal functionality.
Support production teams with engineering expertise as needed.
Follow health, safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
Uphold high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.Requirements for the role

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
Proven experience in a technical or engineering environment.
Skills in milling/turning and CNC programming. 
The ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain accountable.
Problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach.
