We are seeking Lead Supervisors to oversee the installation of a 50 MW solar farm in Malaga, Spain. This role involves managing on-site teams, coordinating daily activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates must have proven experience in supervising large-scale solar or construction projects, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to interpret technical plans and manage resources efficiently. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with valid work permits for Spain, is required.
