Electrical Project Manager sought in central Cornwall
We delighted to be working with a highly regarded Tier 1 Contractor, prioritising efficiency, quality and compliance over anything else.

The Role

This Electrical Project Manager position will lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and sub contracted engineers to aid in the delivery of a large, commercial centre in mid-Cornwall

Snapshot of Duties:

Take accountability for the project Health & Safety including toolbox talks / site audits and ensuring all aspects of the site are carried out in line with current legislation
Hold responsibility for expenditure on projects allocated
Collaborate with the client’s respective management teams and stakeholders and liaising with supply chain
Ensure all customer requests are acknowledged and contractual obligations are met
Ensure sufficient installation labour is sourced to meet the project requirements
Ensure all projects are closed within the timelines agreed
To be a thorough and confident leader of people, skilled and experienced enough to take the lead in the mechanical team of trained professionals What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years as a Electrically bias Project Manager
SC Clearance
BTEC: HNC or ONC in Building Services
CSCS Card
