Salary: £24k+ Basic + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking experienced recruiters who bring:

* Proven business development experience.

* Expertise in one of the following sectors:

* Renewable Energy

* Blockchain/Web3/Crypto

* Maritime

* Contracts recruitment

Key Requirements:

* 360 recruitment experience: Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

* A track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

* A results-driven mindset and hunger for success.

* Willingness to work 5 days a week from our Billericay HQ.
