Our client is an independent, property company based in Cambridgeshire. They have a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Specific responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy levels at all times

* Create quality adverts to attract prospective tenants

* Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely fashion

* Arrange and attend viewings

* Confirm new tenants and maintain ongoing relations

* Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance queries

* Assist with the continued growth of the business

* Any other relevant duties as required

Minimum requirements

* Significant and relevant experience within the property industry

* Competent in the use of IT including email, internet and databases

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* A track record of being proactive, multitasking, and able to prioritise and co-ordinate own work

* An ambitious, team-player, happy to work collaboratively
