E-commerce Executive | East Midlands | Up to £38k Basic

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join the team. This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of eCommerce and digital retailing. You will work closely with the digital trading team, supporting the day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of the various online channels.

Key Responsibilities in the position of E-commerce Executive:

Day to day execution and trading of websites
Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of trade - monitor and analyse online sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage and optimise product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Ensure communication of product & trading strategies to all marketing teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
Support the execution of digital merchandising, including content updates and visual merchandising.
Help track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
Participate in competitive analysis to stay abreast of market trends and identify opportunities.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of product data and digital assets.
To be considered for the position of E-commerce Executive, you will offer the following:

Proven operating at a similar role, with a broad understanding of e-commerce/online retail
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
