Customer Success Manager - Up to £40,000 Basic + OTC - Cyber Security/SaaS

An industry leader in reliable, scalable, and user-friendly data protection solutions seeks a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team. Our products have been safeguarding data across the globe, and we continue to build on the solid foundation laid by our flagship backup software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer-Focused Management: Steers customers towards ultimate satisfaction through expert oversight and personalized recommendations.

- Product Proficiency: Gain an in-depth knowledge our clients solutions. Educate and empower customers with information on new features and releases.

- Success Planning: Develop tailored plans to ensure customers consistently meet their business targets.

- Strategic Reviews: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews aligning our services with customer strategic ambitions. - Trend Analysis: Monitor usage trends to draw insights and offer informed recommendations.

- Health-Checks: Evaluate customer satisfaction proactively through regular assessments.

- Retention & Renewal: Identify renewal risks and collaborate across teams to secure successes.

- Value Demonstration: Drive retention by illustrating the value of our products through quarterly analyses.

- Customer Advocacy: Relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve product quality and service experiences.

Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within the Cyber Security/SaaS arena
