Buttons Recruitment are recruiting Support workers to work with our client Various locations in Lowestoft & Surrounding areas. To support those that our client supports to live independently.

- Ideally you will be a Driver

Shift Patterns vary, Earlies (Apply online only), Lates (Apply online only)/2300hrs, Nights 2200/(Apply online only)/0800hrs. Sleep in shifts available also.

• An enhanced evening and weekend pay, including uplifted Bank Holiday rates, paid for the duration of shift.
• Ongoing training and support. Offered via Blended and Face to Face in house training.
• Holiday Pay Accrual. Alongside great rates of pay.

- No two days are the same as a support worker, supporting others. One day you could be at the seaside, the next in the city shopping, or spending the day at home, assisting with chores, encouraging them to access the community and accessing public transport at times.

- We’re invested in each of our Support Workers, ensuring they have the right experience, along with feeling confident and competent, as well as having values that map to the clients needs, wants and wishes.

- Ideally you will hold a Full UK driving licence and have Full Right to Work in the UK. Have excellent written and spoken English to enable support / care plans to be completed on a daily basis.

- We would like those with experience working with individuals with Behaviours that Challenge, autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, PEG & Tracheostomy Training experience and current certification would be an advantage.
