We are looking for enthusiastic Parking Marshals & Lead Marshals to join an amazing team in Dunfermline. If you love customer service and enjoy working in a vibrant outdoor environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

About the Role:

Assist customers by providing parking directions and support.
Offer exceptional customer service in a busy and dynamic atmosphere.
Be the friendly face that helps create a positive and seamless shopping experience.
Guide traffic and support customers as they enter and exit the car park.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Assist customers with finding available parking spaces and provide guidance when necessary.
Ensure the car park operates efficiently, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and in allocated spaces.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the car park is free from debris and hazards.
Utilise a mobile app to collect and record data related to the car park operations.
Report any maintenance or security issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as needed.

Location, Dates and Working Hours:

KY11

Saturday 21st Dec - 10am to 6pm
Sunday 22nd Dec - 10am to 6pm
Monday 23rd Dec - 10am to 6pm
Tuesday 24th Dec - 9am to 2pm

You'll be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 as a Parking Marshal & £12.44 as a Lead Marshal.
