Are you an experienced Business Development Director within the Hard FM Industry seeking a new challenge? Or perhaps an accomplished BDM within the wider FM Sector looking to utilise your skillset in a new company? If so, then perhaps this is the right role for you…

We are delighted to be partnering with this Global FM Service Provider that continues to grow beyond expectation. This highly successful and well-respected organisation is currently looking to fulfil a number of new positions due to the huge amount of work in the pipeline.

All applicants must be fluent in the local language for the position they are applying for.

This organisation is setting its sights on a HUGE 2025 with an aim to be a £1Billion region across Europe next year. With the volume of business they are targeting there is an urgent requirement to fill these positions with an established FM sales professional to work closely with wider team to capitalise on these opportunities.

There will be the expectation that you will be client facing doing a mixture of new business and account management across your specific region. There could be some scope for travel further afield on occasion. Due to the success of the business, there is a lot of warm business and well qualified leads for you to manage. With the support of the business they are open to speaking to relatively professionals from affiliated sectors within the FM industry that are keen to push on their careers. Whilst skillset and experience is important this person will be judged on their attitude and willingness to learn.
