I’m delighted to share a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and motivated RVN to join a wonderful independent practice in Hertfordshire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospital environment and is passionate about delivering high quality patient care.

The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including inpatient care, theatre work, anaesthesia, nurse clinics, and lab work. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience in emergency care, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

The practice is committed to supporting a great work-life balance, offering a 4-day week (40 hours) and a rolling rota of 1:9 for weekends and bank holidays.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

This independent group operates a hospital and two branch clinics, providing high-quality care 24/7. The hospital is well-equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, a dental suite (including dental radiography), and endoscopy equipment. They even have a hydrotherapy treadmill! Many vets on the team hold advanced certifications in areas such as ophthalmology, orthopaedics, and cardiology, offering a wide range of cases to work on.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞: -

Salary - £30,000 DOE
CPD allowance of £750 per year
Enhanced annual leave
RCVS fees covered
Time in lieu for bank holidays
