Role:

Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and as the Outbound Caller you’ll be assisting with the maintenance of strong, professional relationships with existing customers, and you’ll play a vital role in ensuring we keep our records reliable, accurate and up to date.

As an Outbound Caller, your primary responsibility will be to contact our customers via phone to verify and update their details in our database. This role is vital to maintaining our operational efficiency and ensuring the customers have the best possible experience.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Making outbound calls to existing customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Verifying and updating customer information accurately in the database.
Answering any questions customers may have about the process.
Handling customer interactions with empathy and attention to detail.
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards.
Providing feedback to the team on common challenges or customer insights. Requirements:

For this position we will be looking for the following:  

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
The ability to manage a high volume of calls while staying organized.
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is an advantage but not essential.
Confidence using computer systems and databases.
