£65,000-£67,000 & Car Allowance

Our client, an award-winning private developer are recruiting for an experienced Housing Site Manager to join an existing site just outside of Launceston.

With a healthy land bank, longevity and successful management team, this will suit an experienced manager with experience of NHBC processes and timber frame build methods.

* Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in house building at a similar level

* Knowledge of modern construction methods, processes and current health and safety legislation

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Good local supply chain knowledge
