We're seeking a talented Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our growing client on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. As a key member of our project team, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of complex engineering projects with clients across the globe!

You will need to be on site daily, to work with the engineering teams and stakeholders in this high-tech production environment. As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a positive impact on the overall delivery and performance of large-scale, complex engineering projects. You will have exceptional leadership skills, keeping multi-disciplinary teams on track, and encouraging a collaborative and productive working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

* Project Execution: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.

* Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

* Financial Management: Monitor project budgets in excess of £1m, and financial performance.

Requirements:

* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles with proven experience in a mechanical and electrical environment.

* Project Management: Qualifications and experience in Project Management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile etc

* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.

* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve project challenges and issues.

* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality, with the ability to proactively overcome potential challenges.
