An excellent opportunity is now available to join one of our clients acting as a property accountant. Managing a large client property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

* Management of client property portfolio

* Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of service charge incomes and expenditures

* Management of cash-flow and funding

* Attend external client meetings

* Oversee the upkeep of property & leases data on financial systems

* Ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met and adhered too

* Assisting with Ad Hoc tasks when neccessary

Person Specific

* Being a strong and self motivated individual

* Ideally possessing a strong technical report background

* Strong excel skills is a must

* Strong experience of stakeholder management

* AAT qualified or QBE
