Our client is a Part 145 FAA-accredited company with over 15+ years of industry experience. They are leaders in aircraft maintenance, specializing in providing out of scope repair solutions, and serve airlines, lessors, and aviation organizations worldwide.

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Engine Technical Program Manager - Turbofan to oversee engine shop visits and support client needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing repairs, developing cost estimates, and ensuring all customer requirements are met with precision. You'll also provide real-time engine status updates, manage invoicing processes, and spearhead customer satisfaction initiatives. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise in turbofan engines, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Visit Oversight: Coordinate and manage engine shop visits, ensuring timelines and customer expectations are met.
Proposal Development: Prepare and structure complex proposals aligned with maintenance contracts for single engine repairs or entire fleets.
Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless communication between the customer and internal teams.
Work Scope Review: Analyze customer work scope requirements, prepare detailed cost estimates, and supervise proposal submissions.
Ensure Compliance: Meet all quote deadlines and ensure compliance with customer and organizational requirements.
Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on engine repair progress, including inspection findings and status reports, while revising cost estimates as needed.
Invoice Management: Work closely with the accounting team to prepare invoices according to agreed terms, reconcile discrepancies, and follow up on payments.
System Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Quantum and Salesforce systems for operational and accounting purposes.
Customer Satisfaction: Administer surveys, analyze feedback, and develop actionable plans to improve customer satisfaction based on insights.
Shop Visit Coordination: Schedule and conduct shop visits with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.Qualifications:

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Strong technical expertise in turbofan engines such as CFM56, V2500, or CF6.
Exceptional consulting and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work additional hours when required and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.Additional Skills and Attributes:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A team player skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities, with a flexible work style.
Strong commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace or Industrial preferred), Project Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
Experience as an engine shop or airline engineer, inspector, or technician.
Proficiency in Quantum Software and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
