Compass Point Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic growing client in Mildenhall, who are looking for a Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their busy team, on a permanent basis.

Your role will include helping with general production duties, packing orders and ensuring that the production process is running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is:

• Committed and hardworking
• A strong communicator
• Enjoys being part of a team but can work independently
• Can follow instructions in a timely and efficient manner
• A background within the pharmaceuticals, food or chemical industry understanding the importance of hygiene
• HACCP background is advantageous

The successful candidate will be naturally curious, interested and invested in the business as there is opportunity to grow within the company.

The hours for this role are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with the option to do overtime at points.
