Process Improvement Analyst (Software Delivery)

Akkodis are currently working in partnership with a leading service provider to recruit a Process Improvement Analyst with extensive knowledge and experience within Software Delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of ways of working, processes, and interactions within and between teams. This role focuses on driving the pace of work through tooling adoption and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

The Responsibilities

Analyse current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and develop solutions to enhance team interactions and productivity.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to streamline work processes and drive operational effectiveness.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the impact of implemented improvements.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing insights and recommendations for optimising ways of working.
Document process changes and support the rollout of improvements, as well as track the adoption of changes across the organisation.

The Requirements

Proven experience in process analysis and improvement within a dynamic work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with JIRA and technologies for process automation and workflow management.
Qualifications in business analysis, project management, and agile ways of working are advantageous.
Strong understanding of tooling for technical processes.
