Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one or small-group support for students with a range of special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties.
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting independence and confidence in pupils.
Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
Assist in adapting learning materials to suit individual needs.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with:

Experience: Prior experience working with children with SEN, either in a school or a similar setting, is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
A commitment to helping every child overcome barriers to learning and succeed.
