Location: Outskirts of Chessington

Salary: £22,500 basic, OTE £55,000-£60,000

Role responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless customer journey, from initial enquiry to project handover.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting precise measurements at client properties for bespoke projects
Providing tailored advice and recommendations on products to meet client needs
Preparing detailed and accurate quotes
Following up with customers post-quotation to address queries and secure sales
Handling customer enquiries via email and in person, ensuring a high standard of service
Collaborating with the Branch Manager and Installation teams for smooth project handovers
Keeping meticulous records of site visits, customer interactions, and sales opportunities

Skills and experience required

Essential:

A valid, clean driving licence (due to regular travel to client sites)
Proven experience in sales, with a strong customer focus
Exceptional attention to detail and practical measurement skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in IT systemsDesirable:

Background in home improvements, construction, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
