Harris Global are currently recruiting for a Trade Floor Support Engineer to join our Financial Services client on an initial 9 month contract in their Paris office 5 days a week. The Successful candidate must be able to speak fluent French and English.
Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience in providing support to Senior Executives and Trading users.
* Address and resolve IT support issues and queries efficiently.
* Oversee day-to-day support operations to ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of applications and services within the Front Office/Trade Floor.
* Escalate issues in line with established escalation protocols.
* Gather diagnostics and supporting evidence to identify and resolve root causes of problems.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, processes, and procedures.
Essential experience:
* Experienced Desktop Support Analyst
* Active Directory
* Microsoft OS
* Desktop Hardware
* Mobile Devices
* SCCM desktop client management
* Front Office
* Market Data systems such as Bloomberg
* Python analytics in Excel
