About the Role

As a Reception Primary Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in the early development of our youngest learners. You’ll craft a vibrant, safe, and stimulating environment that ignites curiosity, builds confidence, and nurtures essential skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging, play-based lessons tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

* Foster the development of key skills such as communication, problem-solving, and social interaction.

* Observe, assess, and track student progress, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.

* Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support every child’s journey.

* QTS is essential.

* A nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.

* A passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.

* Driving is desirable but not essential.
