Zen Educate are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants in Brislington and the surrounding areas. Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs.
So if you have transferable experience, from care work or something similar.
There are part time, full time and long term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should:

* Have experience or a passion for working with children with SEN

* Be flexible, proactive and patient

* Be nurturing and caring in your approaches

* Be able to communicate effectively within a team

* Be open to providing personal care

* Have a Background in Education, Care, Psychology or Drama, as these are very transferable.
