Manufacturing Operative

Location: Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds

Hours: 07:00am-16:00pm Monday – Thursday & 07:00am-13:30pm Friday

Hourly Rate starts at: £11.74 per hour

Benefits once permanent: Pension, Employee wellbeing allowance including free counselling, 22 days + 8 bank holidays rising each year and capped at 25 days, Birthday Day off, Holiday buy and sell scheme, Free onsite parking, Free Tea & Coffee, Christmas closure, Overtime paid at 1.5x

Previous manufacturing on hands on experience is essential to join this leading manufacturing company within its specialist industry. You will be fabricating aluminium products working to schedules and ensuring the highest of quality is met along the way. With full training provided your willingness to learn and progress could lead to the start of a long career within this company.

What you will be doing:

* Fabricating Aluminium products

* Machine operating including setting and operating

* Reading off engineering drawings

* Working with a team to meet deadlines

* Keeping workstations clean and tidy

* Using hand and power tools

* Following companies health and safety policies

What you need:

* Previous Manufacturing experience

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

* Strong communication skills

* Strong Organisation skills
