Fantastic opportunity for a Contract Manager with national residential contractor full land bank and sales targets met!

Position: Contracts Manager - Residential New Build

Location: Hertfordshire

Company Overview: Our client is a recognised residential contractor specialising in public sector and private sector housing nationally. Projects are typically between (Apply online only) units and my client boasts a healthy land bank but more importantly, they are hitting sales targets so ploughing ahead with projects making them a secure place to work.

Position: Due to an internal transfer, our client are seeking to supplement their management team with a Contracts Manager. They are looking for a successful and proven candidate to take control of 2 new contracts, one with 400 units and the other with 500 units and head up teams of Project and Site Managers. Both projects and live and successful.

Individual: You will have a strong track record of delivering high volume new build schemes, either traditional or timber frame build.

An established Contracts Manager is preferred although our client would consider a Project Manager seeking to take the next step.
