My client are a large Housing Association, widely known within the Social Housing sector. They specialise in day to day reactive maintenance in occupied/void domestic properties all over the UK, running for over 120 years! 

Due to expansion and growth within the business, we are offering YOU the opportunity to join a team of very skilled and respected people of the trade. We are looking for confident Multi Trader to join and grow alongside the company. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are searching for a Multi Trader to be a part of a skilled team, maintenance projects in occupied properties on behalf of a widely known housing association, 

Van and fuel card are provided,

Overtime is optional, 

Competitive pay rates  (Up to £43k per annum)

Based on a 42.5 hour working week,

Bonuses,

Quick recruitment process,

Based in the Greenwich area.

Duties will include day to day reactive maintenance repairs within occupied domestic houses in the social housing sector in the Greenwich area. 

If you have... 

Hold a Full UK Driving Licence

A trade qualification(NVQ/City and Guilds)

Relevant social housing/maintenance experience

Clear understanding of duties involved in the role
