C# Software Engineer / Developer
A fantastic opportunity for a Software Engineer/ Developer with proficient knowledge in C# to join an industry-leading software company with offices in Leicestershire. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is an ideal time for an experienced C# Software Engineer to continue their career in a company with an excellent culture, proven by brilliant staff retention.
Location: 2 days a week in Leicestershire / 3 days remote (easier to reach if you drive but public transport links from Market Harborough, Leicester and Rugby).
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum + benefits
Requirements for C# Software Engineer / Developer
* Commercial programming experience in C#.NET
* 2.2 honours degree or above in a relevant subject with a high Computer Science content i.e. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering
* Excellent object-oriented programming knowledge
* Experience developing Windows Applications using WPF & XAML
* Experience with SOAP and RESTful
* Passion for coding and interest in software development
* Self-motivated
* Fantastic communication skills
Responsibilities for C# Software Engineer / Developer
* Development and maintenance of desktop applications
* Collaboration with software development, testers, and product management teams
* Involvement in both technical and business aspects of the product
* Identify the risks and create a plan of actions
* Identify the issues and implement the resolutions
* Contribution to software design
* Meet the deadlines and uphold the high standard
