This company is a well-established and highly regarded law firm located on the outskirts of Leicester. They have a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services, and are dedicated to offering personalised and effective solutions to their clients. Their dynamic team of legal professionals are all focused on Family Law and are seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join their team.
THE ROLE:
As a Family Law Solicitor, you will pay a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel and guidance to clients facing complex family matters. This is a hybrid role that allows for a blend of remote and in-office work to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing legal advice and representation in family law matters, including: Divorce, child custody, domestic violence and financial settlements.
* Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and attending court proceedings on behalf of clients.
* Collaborating with clients to understand their unique circumstances and providing compassionate support during challenging times.
* Keeping abreast of changes in family law legislation and case law, to provide up-to-date legal guidance.
* Managing and maintaining client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role, you need to be a qualified Solicitor with no less than 5 years experience in Family Law Practice, with a strong knowledge of family law regulations and case law. You will need exceptional communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to handle a diverse caseload. Finally, you should have a proficiency in legal research, document drafting and using case management software.
THE BENEFITS:
