Chartred Building Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the consultancy team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct level 2 and 3 building surveys and site inspections
- Complete Home Buyer Reports
- Engage with external clients and consultant teams

Key Requirements:
- MRICS qualification with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Proficiency in level 2 and 3 Building Survey reporting
- Fluent in Home Buyer Reports
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with modern reporting software
